Tustin Estate project for LB Southwark
KM Eco Ltd are managing the full waste management requirements for Engie, on Phase two of the major works programme to renovate the Tustin Estate in Peckham. The multi-million pound project to three towers blocks and the surrounding area, will completely refurbish the estate, delivering modernised, safer and more energy efficient homes for more than 600 residents.
A full on site segregation was achieved to remove the following waste streams: Mixed construction/ Timber / Plasterboard / Hardcore
Skip amnesty day was carried out to support local residents to declutter their homes and improve the general appearance of their neighbourhood by providing free skips and hands on help for the removal of unwanted items.

Wingate House/Shaftesbury Avenue
This project is a strip out/ fit out of 9 floors plus the basement in the heart of Soho. This is another challenging project due to strict time restrictions. KM ECO Ltd dealt with this effectively ensuring each service was on time, with great feedback from project managers on efficient service.

Metropolitan police stations
This is an ongoing refurbishment programme carried out with Overbury and DBS for the Metropolitan police service. These consist of strip out/fit out on a number of police stations.

Kingston University
This is a £100m+ project with Engie. This project consists of refurbishment of 1200 rooms with an addition 120 rooms. Also with a maintenance programme of at least 40 years. Due to finish early 2022, but this has been delayed to August 2022 due to the Pandemic. Microsoft Building- Oxford Circus
This project was an office/shop refurb of the Microsoft building. This is the flagship of Microsoft, which consists of 22,000 square feet over three floors. This store is located right in the centre of Oxford circus, so the project was logistically challenging which was dealt with effectively by the KM ECO/ Overbury team!

Portsoken Street
One of our larger projects with Oktra. This is a 230,000sq ft office refurbishment in the heart of the city of London. This is a fast pace project with over 200 site members.

Natwest/ Royal Bank of Scotland
Each RBS project we had the pleasure on working on, had its round of challeneges, mainly due to the difficult site access, being on main roads and high streets. These projects required services out of hours due to the banks remaining open to the public during working hours and the location of these projects being in the heart of the city. KM ECO Ltd successfully accomplished these requirements with more than satisfactory results.
