CITIBANK

This was one of our larger projects carried out with Overbury. This consisted of a strip out of 36 levels in the heart of Canary Wharf. This was logistically challenging due to the location and access points of the building and the fast track programme of works. However, we overcame this challenge in partnership with DBS and Overbury, with our teams meeting on a regular basis, with a proactive planned approach.

All journeys to and from site were collated, reduced and monitored to the BREEAM EXCELLENT standard via weekly reports which were then issued to the client.

Each RBS project we had the pleasure on working on, had its round of challeneges, mainly due to the difficult site access, being on main roads and high streets. These projects required services out of hours due to the banks remaining open to the public during working hours and the location of these projects being in the heart of the city. KM ECO Ltd successfully accomplished these requirements with more than satisfactory results.
